Tangible quantitative and qualitative results:

Our experience in various sectors shows that in a review period of at least three years, the average error quota is approx. 0.1% of the purchasing volume, i.e. depending on the size of the relevant organisation, significant six- to seven-figure EUR sums are recovered.  

The qualitative effects of our review also should not be underestimated: after the conclusion of the project, you receive a management letter specially tailored to your enterprise which highlights the sources and causes of errors. In addition, we also reveal additional proposals for optimisation approaches to organisation and processes. This is supplemented by recurring interim presentations within the framework of weekly jour fixe meetings.  This service is based exclusively on the win-win principle. We do not charge expenses and consultancy fees, but instead only receive success-related contingency remuneration.
